The Magic Mirror

It All Starts With You

As Michael Jackson said in “Man in The Mirror” which touched millions of people, “change the person in the mirror and your world will change.” When you are grateful for who you are, you will only attract circumstances that make you feel better about yourself.

But if you have negative feelings about yourself, those negative feelings can be so damaging and can taint everything you touch. Gratitude will enrich your life, but it begins with being grateful for you!

Gratitude Exercise

Go to a mirror and look directly at yourself, make eye contact with yourself and say thank you, with all your heart.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank yourself for the magnificent being that you are. Say thank you with at least the same amount of feeling you’ve used for everyone else. Be absolutely wholeheartedly thankful for yourself!

Then every time you look in the mirror, say thank you. And if you are really brave, say 3 things about yourself you are grateful for. When you can see the magic in that person in the mirror, you whole world will change.
