Every Day Is a New Chance To Be Grateful

 

Every day is a brand new opportunity to be present and be grateful for all the endless things you have to be grateful for. Today is different than yesterday and it will be different than tomorrow. So don’t waste today’s opportunity to be grateful and Remember the Magic by remembering the blessings of yesterday as you start your day.

 

You can ask yourself: what are the good things that happened yesterday? Did you receive great news? ? Did you receive a compliment? Did somebody show you kindness? Did you do something you love? Did you go to bed feeling grateful?

 

Gratitude Exercise

 

You can be grateful for big things or little things, but just remember how many things you have to be grateful for. It’s not about the size of the blessing, but about how many you can recall and how much gratitude you can feel for each one.

 

As you remember one, feel gratitude and say the magic words:

 

THANK YOU

You can write the blessings out, or say them out loud or in your mind. Every single day is a new opportunity to see the blessings all around you, and the more gratitude you can feel for them, the more abundance, magnificence and magic you will bring forth into  your life.
