Let the Abundance Flow
If there’s a lack of money in your life it’s normal to feel worried or anxious, but those feelings will NEVER bring more of it into your life. Instead, you must get the current situation OUT of your mind and instead focus on the money you DO have so it can begin to increase.
The subject of money can be tricky, so for today, we are just going to focus on being grateful for the money you DO have. Do you always have food to eat? A roof over your head? Running water? Can you travel in a car? Can you watch TV, make phone calls, use lights, have electricity? All of those things cost money.
Gratitude Exercise
For today’s practice, we want to focus on being grateful for all the money you’ve been given throughout life to pay for these things.
Take a DOLLAR BILL and write on a sticky note or sticker THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY I’VE BEEN GIVEN THROUGHOUT MY LIFE.
Place it on the dollar bill and carry it with you today.
At least three times today, take the dollar and hold it in your hands and say
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all the abundance throughout your life.
If you find yourself in a situation where you’re about to complain about money, instead switch the complaint to being grateful for the money you have already received.
