Count Your Blessings

One of the Most Powerful Practices You Can Ever Do

 

Counting your blessings is one of the most powerful practices you can EVER do. When you are grateful for the things you have you will instantly see those things increase. This applies to money, your relationships, your health, your family life, etc. When you are not counting your blessing, you can fall into the trap of counting negative things, and that will have the complete opposite effect in bringing more magic into your life. 

 

Journaling Exercise

 

First thing in the morning make a list of 10 things in your life to be grateful for and WHY you are grateful for them. Adding the WHY makes it even more powerful.

 

When done, go back and read your list and say

 

Thank you, thank you, thank you

 

Do this for each item and feel as much gratitude for each item as you possibly can.

 

Repeat this practice every morning for the next 28 days. Have fun!
