The Magical Air That Your Breathe

Be Grateful Even For The Smallest Things

 

When you begin to truly practice the power of gratitude, small things like being grateful for the air you’re breathing can start to make a whole lot of sense. It’s about getting in your heart and being grateful for things most people take for granted.

 

We take one breath after another and never give it any thought. Yet oxygen is one of the most plentiful elements in our body, and as we breathe, it feeds every cell in our body so we can continue to live.

 

Gratitude Exercise

 

Stop and think about the glorious air you breathe. Take 5 deliberate breaths and feel the air moving inside your body. Feel the joy of breathing it out. After each breath say the magical words:

 

Thank you, thank you, thank you

 

….and be as grateful as you can for the air you breathe.
