The Power of Saying Thank You

 

Today you will say thank you 100 times by taking 100 Magic Footsteps. To take a Magic Footstep, you take one step and in your mind say the magic words, thank you, as your foot touches the ground, then again say thank you as your other foot touches the ground.

 

You can do this anywhere anytime, while going to the kitchen, on your way to meet a friend, while heading to your car, anywhere, anytime.

 

Gratitude Exercise

 

Take Magic Footsteps for about 90 seconds, that’s how long it takes the average person to take 100 steps. You will notice a shift from how you’re feeling before to how you feel right after taking Magic Footsteps.

 

This practice was inspired by Einstein as he gave thanks at least 100x a day everyday. If it worked for him, it’ll work for you too. Try it for yourself!
