With any gratitude practice when you increase the feelings of gratitude on the inside, the things in your outside world will increase too. After practicing for some time, it will become habit to feel deeply grateful in your heart.
Today we are going to practice Heart Magic. By focusing your mind on your heart as you say THANK YOU not only will you see health benefits from this you’ll feel even more grateful.
Gratitude Exercise
To practice, simply focus your mind and attention on your heart. You can close your eyes and simply focus while you say
Thank you (for all you are grateful for today)
You can even practice further by saying THANK YOU for all items on your Top 10 Desire List. Have fun with it!
