Today we practice the Magical To Do List. When you think about it, gratitude is your best friend. It’s always there for you and will never fail you.
Every day little things pop up – problems that need solving. The Magical To Do List practice will help you with any little day-to-day problems when you don’t know what to do.
Gratitude Exercise
Create a written to-do list of the most important things you would like to be done or resolved FOR you. You might put things on this list you don’t have the time to do, don’t want to do, or current problems you are experiencing.
When you have finished making the list, choose three things and focus on each of them and imagine they have been magically done for you. Imagine how great it feels and be grateful you have the solution. Remember focus on the SOLUTION and not the PROBLEM.
